  1. If I use a picture like this one, is it better to write on it or on the top of the page ? Also I feel I still have problem to choose and fix size

  2. If you can move it up a bit (are you using Canva?) that might be good. I'd make your own name a lot larger, too.

It has a nice, friendly feel--so I think it would work well with a version of your work that is not so 'academic' in tone (as I suggested on your document). This looks approachable for teachers.

Maybe, Rethinking Teacher Quality as a title?

  3. Yes I tried it on caneva, in fact it is about assessing teacher quality using quality indicators (strategies) rather than general and broad rubrics, I am not sure if I need a sub_title to clarify it !

  4. A subtitle is a good idea! Do you have one in mind?

  5. I think in the subtitle I can simply mention the evaluation rubric which is the core of my work.

  6. Yes, that sounds good. I meant, do you have any ideas for the exact wording yet? That will also use up some of the white space on your current cover design, which is good.

  7. what do you think of " a rubric for evaluating teachers' practice'. by practice I mean strategies used in the classroom or quality indicators.
though I prefer to keep stick to the word quality not practice.

  8. How about "A Practical Rubric for Evaluating Teacher Performance in the Classroom"? (unless, of course, it's not just in the classroom--in which case, stop after Performance!)

  9. It sounds interesting! I think i will go for it. Thanks Dorothy, I really learned a lot from this course.

  10. Oh, I'm glad to hear that. :) And glad the subtitle will work for you--people love the word "practical," haha.
