Ditto! My only concern is that people might not be able to see the title if it was reduced to a thumbnail (which is all customers might see). Maybe you could reduce it just to check?
Catherine Noble Yes, I agree Catherine. I was thinking about the same thing and also feel the first has a clearer message as to what the ebook will be about. :)
Hi everybody, Glad to meet you all here in this amazing iTDi learning journey. I'm Aziz Soubai from Morocco. I'm an EFL teacher with 8 years of classroom practice. I have a huge interest in online learing , language games and educational technolgy. I learnt a lot from iTDi professional development courses and I feel that I still need to learn more. Publishing my own ELT materials will be a huge accomplishment form me. And I think Dorothy is the perfect person to show us the the inns and outs of self-publishing. Regards
Here are the first few pages with my new topic (I changed it a few days ago) to better reflect my interest in teacher well-being. I learned today that well-being is spelled with a hyphen in Canadian English. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bwo_ITamV68qbWdacEUzT0w5bUk/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bwo_ITamV68qbWdacEUzT0w5bUk/view?usp=sharing
Hi there, I'm trying to format my book according to Smashwords Style Guide. It is a little long and takes some time , but I think it is useful. What do you think? I mean is there some kind of short cut? A simple way to learn from it. Do we have to follow and apply everyting ? https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/52 https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/52
I like the one in the middle.

ReplyDeleteYes, definitely the second!
ReplyDeleteMe too I like the in the middle, but I think the font should be larger and clear

ReplyDeleteKate Cory-Wright Will try out the font and see how that works out! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite was the one on the left--but hyphenate easy-to-follow, and remove the "by" before your name.
ReplyDeleteGreat work, I prefer the first one on the left, but could you change the main photo with one that shows more about collaboration.
ReplyDeleteI like the one on the left.
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone! Will make the changes on the one on the left and repost. Will also update and complete my lessons for more comments. :)
ReplyDeleteI vote for image in the middle one, clearer font and the word empower in the title :)
