#1 Should it be done?
•Who would read/use my material? A-Z Guide: How to Survive and Thrive as a New ESL - my audience is new ESL/EFL teachers
•Why? What would they gain from it? refresher of ideas/strategies & new ideas. An A-Z Guide that is easily accessible, can have a copy in their bag
•What are they currently using or reading instead? they may have textbooks from their TESL/TESOL course but those are cumbersome
•Why do I think my material (or idea) is good? I have sold some copies on my website and have some testimonials.

Hi there, I'm trying to format my book according to Smashwords Style Guide. It is a little long and takes some time , but I think it is useful. What do you think?
